Job description

Perricone Farms is hiring a Manager for Marketing as a full-time job in Newport Beach, CA. 

As a Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with growing sales and profitability in conjunction with the company's vision and goals. Additionally, you will create and implement our marketing strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging across all communications and regions. The Marketing Manager oversees all creative content materials for each sales channel, managing the overall creative process from concept through execution.

Perricone Farms, a member of the Trivest portfolio of companies,  is a third-generation, family-owned grower and manufacturer of citrus juices and the largest family-owned juice company in the United States. Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop annual marketing budget to achieve company goals with a focus on ROI
• Assist in lead generation and create marketing plan to drive more sales leads
• Assist in selection of external agencies and manage ongoing relationships
• Anticipate trends and opportunities and communicate those findings with Perricone sales team
• Identify new business opportunities, including new products, key accounts, partnerships, events, and promotions

Job Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing with distributor or consumer products experience a plus
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail oriented
• Able to meet fixed deadlines and manage under pressure
