A DAY IN THE LIFE

Imagine a day where your organizational skills are the stars of the show. You start your morning by coordinating service requests from our valued customers, making sure every need is met promptly. As the conductor of our service orchestra, you'll assign and re-assign HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service jobs to our talented technicians, ensuring they're where they need to be when they need to be there. With your cell phone as your baton, you harmonize with our technicians to schedule jobs and eliminate any inefficiencies.

You're the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating service appointments, and making sure our customers receive the top-notch care they deserve. The finale of your day? Ensuring our technicians collect payment on every call, leaving our customers satisfied and our company thriving.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To be in the spotlight, candidates must meet these minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
• The ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry
• Familiarity with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
• Previous service/project coordination experience
