Job Overview:

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving new business opportunities? We're seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Manager to lead a remote team of Inside Sales Representatives across a large geographic region. Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a remote team of Inside Sales Representatives.
Manage the entire employment life cycle for your team.
Showcase comprehensive knowledge of our offerings when representing the company.
Foster a positive and results-oriented sales environment.
Set and achieve company objectives by establishing sales goals and making accurate forecasts.
Analyze sales performance data and utilize CRM systems to drive strategic business direction.
Establish and nurture relationships with clients, generating new opportunities and providing recommendations on our products and services.
Provide end-to-end support to the sales team, from prospecting to closure.
Drive growth through new business opportunities.
Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of the sales cycle and business acumen.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel when needed.
Process improvement experience is a plus.
Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional time management and leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
Proficiency in SalesForce or other CRM systems.
Additional Information:

Competitive national pay range: $62,800 to $111,400/year (varies by location).
Total compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, or incentive programs.
