As an Assistant Manager at European Wax Center, you’ll use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity to empower! We seek a special person who can lead with care and integrity, is committed to delighting our guests and, of course, has fun while being awesome!

Must have proven track record of success with sales and team building and be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Ensure an experience that exceeds guest expectations each and every visit
• Interview, hire and develop an all-star team of professionals who are passionate about our brand and continually achieve service and sales goals
• Work side-by-side with the district manager to take smart risks and identify value adds for our guests
• Clearly communicate business goals, contests and performance expectations to all team members
• Lead and inspire by example in all interactions with guests and team members
• Submit payroll and other operating reports as well as follow-up on store activities
• Maintain brand visual and cleanliness standards
• Manage and adjust schedules to meet business goals
• Minimize loss by following loss prevention best practices
• Full-time position, ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have 1 year of previous management experience
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
• Ability to achieve results through motivating the team.
• Ability to problem solve and work through issues with the guidance of administrators.
• Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction.
• Reliable means of transportation
