Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Recruiter to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities and thrive in a remote work environment. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while earning uncapped commissions based on successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  2. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
  4. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  5. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
  6. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continually improve performance.
  8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a remote or commission-based role.
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.
  4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  6. Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other tools to streamline the recruitment process.
  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
