About Mindful Support Services  

We are a business-to-business support service for independent mental healthcare providers. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing, and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our teams currently support over 1,200 independent mental health providers, who in turn serve over 19,000 clients per week across 11 locations throughout Washington and Oregon, as well as virtually via Telehealth. We are in the process of expanding our services to Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado; offering both in-person and Telehealth. 

 

Since 2011, we have built the Mindful Therapy Group brand from the ground up with years of dedication to solving the complex processes of the mental healthcare landscape in innovative ways, creating a platform geared toward growth, and working to meet our mission of creating improved access to high quality mental healthcare.  

 

About the Marketing Coordinator Role   

We are seeking a motivated, creative Events Manager who will help develop Mindful Therapy Group’s brand and create impactful experiences that result in new provider partnerships & strengthen existing ones. The Marketing Events Manager is responsible for all aspects of provider and staff events. This role will plan, develop, and execute all events, and report out on registration & attendance, with a main focus on provider recruitment events. Examples of provider events include online seminars, social hours at restaurants/breweries/office locations, sports outings, and 3rd party conferences. Staff events include a summer BBQ, company holiday party, and smaller ad-hoc team building. 

 

The Marketing Events Manager will assess impact of strategy by analyzing performance of promotional communications, and engagement of event attendees, and report outcomes to leadership. This role is an opportunity to be creative in finding new ways to engage providers, and promote the Mindful Therapy Group brand.

Work Environment 

Work will be performed mainly at Mindful Support Services’ Headquarters, with work performed at office locations, and off-site venues for specific events as needed. Working from home up to 2 days per week is available as the needs of the business allow.

Compensation and Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000-$80,000 per year
