We currently have a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated individual with previous HR and management experience to fill this leadership role in Human Resources. Under the direction of the Market Director, HR and Hospital Administrator, the Manager, Human Resources will have responsibility to coordinate, supervise, and monitor the routine day to day activities of department operations; functions as a member the management team and to act as a resource to staff for Human Resources.
This position is full time, exempt and benefits eligible. The pay range for this position is $88,000/yr - $110,000/yr. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.

Required:
Bachelors degree in related field.
5 years experience in HR Management, staffing, benefits, and compensation.
