Responsibilities:
- Take customer calls and provide satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns and turn those calls into appointments
- Call customers to inform them of new products, services and policies
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers
- Be patient and offer assistance and support
- Provide customer with updates and parts arrival
- Schedule service appointments to support bust service department
- Assist Service Team with Customer Concerns
- Printing and filing paperwork
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication
- Great active listening skills
- Patient and empathetic attitude
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment
- Phone skills
- In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services
- Customer Service experience
