The Assistant Director of Graduate Affairs is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of programs and activities designed to engage graduate students and to encourage the development of the holistic well-being of students within the university's cocurricular environment. Responsibilities include: advising the Graduate Student Association, supporting graduate student clubs and organizations; overseeing peer mentor programs and training, and assisting the assistant dean of Graduate Affairs to serve in critical campus-wide committees, special projects, and crisis support.

Master's degree preferably in Higher Education Administration with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

The job requires experience working with and advising graduate students. Some night and weekend work is required
