We are seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager for our North Subregion.  The Regional Maintenance Manager will lead the North Maintenance organization supporting all production facilities within the region. Will work closely with Plant, Line and Technical Management, with a focus on driving consistency in maintenance activities. This includes improving execution efficiency, utilizing effective maintenance tools and methodologies, and developing talent. The expectation of the Regional Maintenance Manager is to improve plant reliability and decrease costs, in direct support of the business.  This position reports to the NA Maintenance Manager.

Candidate would ideally be based out of the Allentown, PA headquarters.
