Job description
Adecco is assisting a client recruiting for a HR Coordinator in Carlsbad, CA. Here is your chance to be creative in finding solutions in this temp to hire opportunity. This is a great job for an organized individual.
Responsibilities:Manage administrative aspects of the recruiting, worker’s compensation, leave management, and training; compile, collate, and organize associated documentation and records.
Schedule interviews and interview potential applicants regarding their skills, experience, and education.
Contact references and perform background checks on applicants.
Inform applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits, and duties.
Hiring or referring qualified applicants for the employer.
Conduct or help with new employee orientation.
Maintain training records.
Keep process paperwork and employment records.
File and organize paperwork and documentation.
Follow safety practices, participate in safety training as required, and report any unsafe condition or accident.
Other tasks as needed.

At least two years related experience required in human resources or related fields and/or equivalent experience.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHRca) is preferred but not required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
Must be proficient in typing.
Bilingual a plus
Weekly pay starting at $22-26 an hour
