Job Location: This position will be located at 920 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109.



We seek applicants who share our passion for public health and public safety and who are motivated to widen the circle of knowledge and implement public policy, develop strategies, expand public education and create systems. We are seeking candidates with diverse experiences and skills. The ideal candidate is action-oriented to make things happen in a fast-paced environment and is able take on new opportunities and tough goals with a sense of curiosity, proactivity, and constructiveness. The ideal candidate is resourceful and able to find a way to get things done and look beyond the obvious for viable approaches to accomplish goals. We seek candidates who are passionate about public health and regulation. We offer team members the ability to influence how we work. This position reports to Abby Vivas, Chief of the Office of Business Opportunity (OBO) and also supports the Office of Operational Support (OOS).

The Division of Cannabis Regulation is a new division within the Department of Health and Senior Services. The Division is tasked with regulating the Missouri cannabis industry. The cannabis industry is ever-changing, fast paced, and is expected to grow and develop for many years.
