Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is seeking a licensed PRN Physical Therapist at Vienna Springs Health Campus , a dynamic and innovative Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living health campus located in Dayton, Ohio . You must hold an active or pending Physical Therapy (PT) state license to apply for this position.
