What is the Opportunity?
Position reports to the Head of Governance Risk and Controls (GRC) Implementation Office and is responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of one or more major regulatory workstreams within the GRC Implementation Office. Position is responsible for managing regulatory workstream(s): executing against the program structure, providing subject matter expertise into the program approach, and reporting status to senior leadership. Liaises with Legal, HR, Regulatory Relations, Technology & Innovation and other key support functions across the CNB Enterprise.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $150,000 - $230,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
