Job description

Flint Group is looking for a Digital Optimization Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing the online presence and performance of our clients’ digital assets. Your expertise will drive the strategic optimization of websites, landing pages and digital campaigns, ensuring optimal user experiences, increased conversion rates and overall success in achieving our clients’ marketing goals.

What You’ll Do

Conduct thorough website audits to identify optimization opportunities in terms of performance, user experience and conversion paths

Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements that align with best practices and client objectives

Continuously monitor and analyze user behavior using web analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement

Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize key conversion points on websites and landing pages

Utilize data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for improving conversion rates and user engagement

Work closely with the digital media team to optimize paid advertising campaigns, including search, display and social media ads

Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve click-through rates, conversion rates and overall ROI

Utilize analytics platforms to generate data-driven insights, trends and opportunities for improvement

Develop customized dashboards and reports to effectively communicate results to clients and internal teams

What We Need

Up-to-date knowledge of trends, techniques, and tools in digital optimization, conversion rate optimization and user experience design

Ability to communicate insights and best practices with internal teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and A/B testing platforms

Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices

Detail-oriented with a passion for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to clients

Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related fields are a plus
