Role Responsibilities Key Functions
- Client Coordination: Act as the facilitator among clients and a range of service providers, such as legal professionals, medical institutions, and mental health providers.
- Communication & Support: Respond to client inquiries, manage expectations, assist clients in navigating emotional, legal, and logistical challenges, and provide counseling during and after the surrogacy process.
- Surrogacy Process Oversight: Oversee and manage the entire surrogacy journey, from initial planning to postpartum care.
- Candidate Assessment: Generate detailed written evaluations and profiles of potential candidates pertinent to the surrogacy journey.
- Surrogacy Education: Offer educational resources and guidance about the surrogacy process and what clients can expect.
- Data Management & Reporting: Accurately document case updates and generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Be an active and collaborative member participating in regular case reviews and working collectively to achieve team objectives.
- Record Maintenance: Uphold rigorous standards of record-keeping by creating and preserving complete client files.
- Compliance & Ethics: Comply with organizational guidelines, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all activities.
Qualifications & Experience Educational and Professional Background
- Candidates must hold at least one of the following:
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW),
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW),
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or
- equivalent qualifications.
Relevant experience in one of the following areas:
- Minimum 4 years in social work with adult case management experience
- Prior experience as a surrogate is a plus
- Industry experience in adoption/fertility/third-party reproduction a plus
Core Competencies - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in emotional intelligence and adaptability in communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, internet, email, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy, particularly in stressful situations.

Employment Details & Benefits - Timeline: Immediate hiring
- Status: Full-time, Salary, FLSA Exempt
- Work Schedule: 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday (flexible hours; some nights and weekends may be required)
- Location: Hybrid – in office and work from home few days per week
- Benefits: 401K with matching, Vision, Dental, Life, and Medical Insurance stipends
- Leave: Paid Time Off and Holidays
- Compensation: To be determined annually, based on experience
