GENERAL PURPOSE
Primary Responsibilities
Assembly of PBS Products and adhere to the rules.
Perform mechanical assembly of PBS disposable, sub-assembled products and electromechanical equipment following the Company’s Manufacturing Procedures as well as the guidance of the Engineering team.
Test assembled products, sub assembly and electromechanical equipment.
Support QC inspection of incoming parts.
Plan and coordinate manufacturing problems or ideas for operation efficiency improvement with management.
Keep accurate records of products produced and finishing appropriate paperwork related to manufacturing.
Update procedures as needed.
Train manufacturing assemblers and supporting daily activity of Operations as needed.
Support supervisor and Manager as needed.
Flexible to any change as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Manufacturing experience, documentation knowledge, communication.
Knowledge/ Experience
High School Diploma
Five years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
Skills/ Abilities Pertinent to This Position
Soldering
Circuit board assembly
Wire harness assembly
Proficient use of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Algebra knowledge
Communication
Software downloading
Code Entry
Trouble Shooting
