Epitec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst for one of our client's Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Azure DevOps, with strong capabilities in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies. This role demands exceptional problem-solving skills and proficiency in documentation to effectively capture and develop project details from initial requests.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring clear understanding and documentation.
Analyze and prioritize requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, documentation, and management, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of infrastructure projects.
Apply Agile methodologies to streamline project delivery, adapting processes to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Conduct detailed problem-solving to address and resolve project hurdles, employing innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, process diagrams, and user guides.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to processes and systems to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an infrastructure or IT environment.
Proficient in Azure DevOps, Power BI, SNOW and Confluence.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to apply them in project management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
