JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent
Job Overview: An Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or pain. They work with patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly, to restore their physical function and improve their mobility.
Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Develop treatment plans based on patient needs, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education to patients and their families about exercises, injury prevention, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care.
- Stay current with advances in physical therapy treatments and techniques.

Requirements: - Physical Therapy License in the State of CA
- Open to New Grads & PTLA status
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
