Job description
The Senior Director of Marketing (Sr. DOM) role for the CoralTree Residence Collection is a multi-disciplinary leadership and support function within the marketing department. This individual will report directly to the SVP of Residential Resort Management and work closely with the VP of Marketing for CoralTree Hospitality. The Sr. DOM will be highly organized, capable of working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects at one time including (but not limited to): CoralTree Residence Collection website updates, social media planning and posting, email marketing campaigns, collateral production and preparing reports and presentations and Field marketing support for the Residence Collection to drive topline revenues. The Sr. DOM should be well versed in the lifestyle, resort and vacation rental branding and marketing sector and understand the cultural landscape of boutique and independent consumers in addition to resort leisure guests.
- Lead the charge in crafting and executing dynamic marketing strategies for the CoralTree Residence Collection. Partner with the marketing directors on the ground to fuel revenue growth through innovative strategy and actionable insights.
- Shape the future of our brand by developing and overseeing compelling brand calendars and plans. Take the helm in steering campaign creative development and ensuring timely execution.
- Ensure that every piece of content, from our website to our advertising, accurately reflects the excellence and allure of the CoralTree Residence Collection and its esteemed properties.
- Become the creative force behind brand presentations and communications that captivate and persuade.
- Oversee the approval process for brand-level creative content, ensuring each piece aligns with our vision and voice.
- Direct our social media destiny on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, from crafting content calendars to managing business accounts with flair and strategy.
- Manage the CoralTree Digital Library and the Leonardo image distribution platform, ensuring our Residence Collection is showcased beautifully and effectively.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners (like TripAdvisor and Yelp) to enhance our brand presence and drive success.
- Leverage brand marketing/promotional opportunities and website analytics to skyrocket revenue and uncover new growth avenues.
- Lead our CRM initiatives, engaging past guests and loyalty members with compelling campaigns and collaborating with property teams for top-tier content.
- Direct the creation of all marketing materials for the CoralTree Residence Collection, ensuring creativity meets strategy in every piece of collateral and advertisement.
- Guide new properties seamlessly into the CoralTree Residence Collection, ensuring they are welcomed with a powerful marketing strategy.
- Play a pivotal role in the preparation of sales and marketing budgets, ensuring every dollar is spent with purpose and impact.
- Provide the CoralTree GSO team with standout collateral and marketing materials, elevating the Residence Collection's market presence.
- Keep a pulse on campaign performance with quarterly reports and KPI tracking, optimizing for success at every turn.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the CoralTree properties are always at the forefront of hospitality innovation.
- Maintain a proud record of all accolades for the CoralTree Residence Collection, celebrating our achievements and setting the stage for future successes.
- 10+ years of marketing experience; hospitality industry preferred.
- Knowledge of the operations of the hotel and/or vacation rental/residence industry.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative leader who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when needed.
- Ability to identify trends when production is not meeting budget expectations and implement solutions.
- Highly developed customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient knowledge of print and digital production, social media marketing, and digital marketing including SEO, PPC and Remarketing and Public Relations.
- Understanding fundamentals of both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Comfort with establishing KPIs, ongoing measurement, pivoting based on data, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders with varying levels of digital acumen.
- High degree of organization, attention to details and level of professional conduct. Self-starter, ambitious and multi-tasker.
- Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, additional language ability is a plus, however, not required.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including creative and graphic skills.
- Willing to travel as needed.
Work location: Home Office, Englewood, CO.
Salary range: $150,000 - $175,000/yr. + bonus
