Superhero Caregivers Needed!

With 6 locations and over 50 employees, Belamour Care is looking for compassionate and superhero caregivers to join our team in making a positive impact on the lives of our residents and in our community. We bring joy, comfort, and exceptional care to those who need it the most!
Job Responsibilities:
- Superhero Caring: Assisting residents with ADL's and personal care with a next level compassion.
- Master Chef: Whip up culinary delights fit for a king or a queen (with the support of a menu and recipes!). Not confident in cooking? No problem, we will teach you!
- Conversationalist: Engage in heartwarming conversations and storytelling where worries are forgotten and smiles are abundant
- Medical Marvel: Provide above and beyond essential medical and personal care and support - knowledge or desire to obtain knowledge of best practices and medication information required!
Qualifications:
- A heart overflowing with empathy and kindness.
- Ability to provide superhero care with a smile on your face!
- Patience of a saint.
- Flexibility to adapt to ever-changing situations.
- Previous caregiving experience a plus but not required!
- Ability to obtain a minimum of an HCA within 200 days of hire.

Wage Range: $17 - $22+
Current Shifts Available: Day, Evening, NOC, Weekday and Weekend Shifts available! We can provide flexible schedules.
$500 Sign On Bonus if you hold an active HCA/CNA License!
$250 Sign On Bonus if you do not hold an active HCA/CNA License!
