Role Overview:

As the Channel Partnership Development Director, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our Channel Partner Program. Your mission is to engage Consultancy and Cost Reduction firms, promoting our suite of supply chain services and fostering strategic sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to attract and sign new Channel Partners in the Consultancy and Cost Reduction space.
Promote our supply chain services to current and potential Channel Partners.
Manage the commercialization of Channel Partner agreements to ensure a motivated partner and maximize returns.
Build a qualified pipeline focused on goal-oriented Channel Partner additions.
Exceed growth goals for new Channel Partners and revenue resulting from Channel Partner referrals/leads.
Make sales calls to current and potential Channel Partners, focusing on leads and opportunities for our Managed Services.
Facilitate communication between Channel Partners and the Managed Service sellers assigned to the referrals/leads.
Consult with Channel Partners to offer solutions for current supply chain challenges and enable future scalability.
Understand Channel Partner's business models, requirements, and scope to qualify potential opportunities.
Develop and present Channel Partner-facing presentations for multiple categories.
Manage multiple channel selling strategies and maintain strategic Channel Partner relationships.
Report on department activity as requested.
Qualifications:

Significant Consultancy and Cost Reduction contacts.
3-5 years of experience in a Consultancy and Cost Reduction group with access to decision-makers.
3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience focused on Consultancy and Cost Reduction.
Experience with transportation services is helpful.
Strong negotiation, communication, analysis, and networking skills from C-level to end-user.
Strong leadership skills and flexibility to adapt to business needs and industry changes.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
