What You'll Do:

Are you ready to dive into the fast-paced world of investment banking? We're looking for a talented Associate/VP to join our Debt Advisory & Restructuring team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with senior members of the team to offer strategic advice to companies, creditors, and stakeholders. From evaluating strategic alternatives to executing complex transactions, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Take the lead in executing transactions under the guidance of Managing Directors.
Craft compelling pitches and transaction marketing documents.
Conduct thorough business due diligence and execute debt advisory and restructuring transactions, ensuring clear communication with clients.
Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, and research.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors.
Support new business and marketing initiatives with your creative ideas.
Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Prepare client presentations, offering memoranda, and other materials for senior bankers.
Stay abreast of industry research and trends, keeping our team informed and ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in investment banking, particularly in the restructuring sector.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Licenses Required: SIE 7, 79, 63 licenses required at time of hiring or shortly thereafter.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 90,000.00 Per Year
