KidsSPOT Rehab is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and comprehensive therapy services, including speech, physical, and occupational therapy. We are committed to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to reach their full potential. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a talented Director of Finance to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for overseeing various accounting functions, including risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Director who is passionate about fostering a supportive work environment and driving organizational success.

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Planning:

- Lead the development of long-term financial plans and strategic initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Oversee the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets.
- Drive the forecasting process to provide timely and accurate financial projections.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

3. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business performance evaluation.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Identify key financial metrics and KPIs to track and measure business performance.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with various departments, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, to provide financial support and analysis.
- Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities.

5.Process Improvement and Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial planning and analysis processes.
- Implement best practices and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance decision support and business performance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree or certification a plus

· 10 years of finance and or related work experience

· 5 years experience in manager-level role
