Job Title: Project Manager | Industrial Manufacturing
Location: Tacoma, WA
Salary: $80,000-$135,000k
Requirements: Five or more years of experience as a foreman, millwright, or similar, in the industrial manufacturing industry, including three years of project management, with proven experience taking a project from conception to completion, on time, and in budget.
Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of industrial projects, including millwright, maintenance, and installation projects. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed in a safe and timely manner, and within budget. The Project Manager will also be responsible for developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and managing the overall project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate industrial projects, including millwright, maintenance, and installation projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage overall project life cycle
- Lead and coordinate teams to ensure successful completion of projects
- Ensure safety regulations are adhered to
- Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Address issues and conflicts that may arise during the course of a project
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in project management
- Experience with millwright, foreman, and maintenance work
- Experience with blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity and experience with PPE and operating machinery
- Experience with scheduling and precision tooling
- Experience with micrometers and scope of work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to travel to client job sites, up to 75%
- Successful candidates must submit to post-offer drug screen, MVR, and physical
