Cascades Dental of Centreville has a tremendous opportunity for a dental assistant to join our highly successful, progressive comprehensive practice on a full-time basis. 

As a dental assistant, you play an important role in our office and perform limited clinical duties under the direction of a dentist. Clinical duties may include equipment preparation and sterilization, preparing patients for treatment, assisting the dentist during treatment, and providing patients with instructions for oral healthcare procedures. May perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing, and coding information for insurance purposes.

• Dental assistant certification where required.
• X-ray certification.
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS and infection control training as required by law.
• A passion about patients and helping others succeed.
• Ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Energetic and hardworking.
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient. Willing to accept failures, and learn from them, as well as successes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions.
• Sociable and able to build strong rapport easily.

• Confident enough to think outside the box.
• Open Dental experience is a plus
