Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly pay 20-26/hour

• Sick time: 40 hours front-loaded when you reach 90 days
• Paid time off: floating holidays & vacation starts accruing after 90 days

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate all service calls as they are received
• Dispatch and Debrief service technicians after completion of each call when needed
• Organize dispatch board/technicians' schedule
• Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers utilizing the pending work log
• Prepare paperwork by collecting day sheets and sorting by day and technician
• Match day sheets and work orders to technicians' schedules/run credit cards as needed from paperwork
• Calculate reporting information for arrival times
• Write estimates, get manager approval, and email estimates to customers
• Handle changes in policies

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience as a Dispatcher
• Service Titan experience
• Bilingual preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Environmental Conditions:

• Climate-controlled Office setting.
