Temporary Full-Time
Non-Exempt-Hourly
Seasonal: April 2024 through December 2024
Compensation: $25.00 per hour

The Cultural Conservancy’s Land Stewardship program work on our two land bases Heron Shadow and Indian Valley Organic Farm & Garden (IVOF&G), is critical to the mission and vision of our organization as a whole. Through our land tending, we serve urban Intertribal and California Native communities, farmers and land stewards of the greater San Francisco Bay Area, as well as Native farmers, farming communities, and Native food gatherers across Turtle Island.

The Native Foodways Seasonal Farmer is a Temporary Full-Time Position that supports the Farm Manager in TCC’s agricultural work and supports community engagement with the Native Foodways Program. This position reports directly to the Farm Manager and works in close partnership with the Land Manager and the Native Foodways Program Manager in supporting the vision and mission of TCC’s land stewardship work and the Native Foodways Program.
