Job description

AlediumHR , a leader in healthcare recruitment and recognized for its innovative approach to Healthcare Recruitment, is seeking an RN Director for an Endoscopy Center at our client's acute care center in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Las Cruces, with a population of 110,000 and a service area of 300,000, offers many outdoor adventures, unique culinary experiences, vibrant heritage and culture, top-rated farmers markets, and breathtaking views of the Organ Mountains.

Education-wise, Las Cruces is home to New Mexico State University, the Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, Doña Ana Community College, and outstanding K-12 schools.

We are offering a $10,000 Relocation Bonus and Signing Bonus.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for a Master's degree (either in Nursing).
2. Must hold a State of New Mexico license as a Registered RN or a compact license to practice in the state.
3. Minimum of two (2) years of Endoscopy leadership experience at the Manager level or above, with a preference for at least five (5) years.
4. Experience managing an outpatient clinic with over 20 FTEs and multiple providers is desired.

• Ability to work collaboratively and collegially with staff, peers, and physicians.
• Effective communication with physicians regarding their schedules and addressing clinical or other issues affecting the Endoscopy Center.
• Adept at listening to concerns and requests, actively working towards a mutually successful outcome.
