Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Administrative Assistant to join our real estate team in Lafayette Hill, PA. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, positive individual who excels at managing and executing day-to-day tasks while contributing to the success of our marketing initiatives. This role requires a proactive and can-do attitude, with a focus on supporting the agent's sales efforts by efficiently handling administrative and marketing responsibilities. • Job is in office 5 days a week in Lafayette Hill, PA Compensation: • Salary Range is: $40,000-$43,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Bonus Opportunities Responsibilities: • Provide essential support to the owner across various tasks and functions. • Craft compelling marketing collateral for each listing and contribute to team branding efforts. • Develop and implement a fresh social media plan, utilizing various platforms. • Play a key role in running Google Ad campaigns and handling digital marketing strategies. • Design eye-catching marketing materials, including flyers, social media posts, videos, and brochures. • Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring each client feels valued and receives top-notch service. • Effectively manage and maintain the client database. • Plan and execute client appreciation items and events. • Handle client birthday, holiday, and anniversary lists, including related tasks and gifts. • Create and maintain operational manuals, websites, and videos. • Proactively gather client reviews and referrals using a program developed and maintained by you. • Oversee the company's brand and manage the complete marketing plan and its components. • Administer and manage all sales and marketing technology and systems. • Take the lead on the CRM system, ensuring effective implementation. • Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive social media plan. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field. • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns. • Proficient in Google Ad campaigns and social media marketing campaigns. • Competence in Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop for creating impactful marketing materials. • Quick learning ability and adept at teaching others cloud-based software programs. • Strong attention to detail for precise and effective marketing execution. • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Creative problem-solving skills to overcome marketing challenges. • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication. • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are mandatory.
