Project Overview:

Position Summary
The Training Supervisor has accountability for day-to-day administration of the WTP Project Training Program. They will be responsible for the management, development, and maintenance of the Training Program to include the development of training courses, development of certification programs, implementation of project training requirements, and personnel management of a small team. positions located at the Construction Site (22 miles north of Richland) work a 4 x 10 schedule, M-Th, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Other work locations may work a 9-80’s schedule, M-F 7:00 am to 4:30 pm with alternating Fridays off. Please be advised that the 9/80 schedule designation of the position may be changed in the future at the discretion of the company or project.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Project training program, including the development of curriculum and institutional learning programs, ensuring compliance with requirements, identification of improvement opportunities, and assessment of the overall procedures program.
Supervise a growing team of learning professionals, including Training Coordinators, LMS Administrators, and Learning Specialists
Interface with key stakeholders on strategic learning needs for the HLW EPC program
