Operations Manager

In this role, you'll play a key role in our success by:

- Optimizing Efficiency: You'll be a master at streamlining our outsourced manufacturing processes, keeping us on track for on-time deliveries.
- Quality Champion: Ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards is a top priority. You'll establish and oversee these procedures to keep us on top.
- Innovation Advocate: We're always looking for ways to improve. You'll investigate and implement new processes to enhance production and product development.
- Building a Strong Team: You'll foster a safe, efficient, and motivating work environment for our team members.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to keep us growing profitably.
You're a great fit for this role if you have:
- 5-7 years of experience in operations management or a related field (a bachelor's degree is a plus!)
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- A proven track record of success in improving operational effectiveness
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a "can-do" attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
