Responsibilities
What you'll be challenged to do:
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to advise project managers and other staff to help ensure project goals are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. This is a part time position.
Primary Responsibilities (others may be included):
- Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
- Confers with project staff to outline workplan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- Provide input for client-requested technical studies and reports including financial research and analysis, business plan and pro-forma preparations, grant applications, historic research, equipment analysis, equipment valuation and costing, technical analysis of equipment for operations, and preparations of feasibility studies and reports.
- Reviews and comments on status of reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Prepares project reports and updates for management, client, or others.
- Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 8 to 12 years related experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical information to construct valid models for analysis.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
