Job Title: Software Technician

Job Location: Onsite in Menomonee, WI

Job Salary: Up to $62k+ 6% bonus

Requirements: 2+ years of experience with programming/troubleshooting industrial HW, SW & PCs + CNC programming

What You Will Be Doing

1. Support Sales and Service:

• Provide answers to technical questions related to PC HW and SW
• Perform remote SW updates
• Prepare loaner PC and other HW replacements
• PC upgrades
• Create software support tickets
• Retrofit programming

2. Support Manufacturing

• Configure and install software for machine deployment
• Create and maintain WIKI articles
• Keep hard drive images up to date

What You Need for this Position

2+ years of experience with industrial HW and SW, in addition to:

• PC Hardware and Software troubleshooting, upgrades and support
• MS office
• CNC programming

Bonus points if you have experience with..

• Basic PLC/HMI troubleshooting and programming
• Experience with Beckhoff HW and SW
