Position Overview:
As a Dispatch Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field technicians and internal team during overnight shifts. This exciting position involves overseeing dispatch activities, managing paperwork such as work orders, and utilizing platforms like Google Docs and Excel Sheets for reporting. High-energy individuals with a knack for data management and effective communication are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate overnight dispatch operations
Collaborate with the internal team on various paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Utilize Google Docs, Excel Sheets, and other systems for reporting purposes
Manage high-volume calls and efficiently handle data
Additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to our team's success
Qualifications:
Experience in utilizing Google Docs is essential
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in dispatch or similar roles is a plus
