You’ll be responsible for overseeing organizational operations, training new staff, and ensuring that we meet our company goals. Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with the leadership team on strategies to achieve goals and expand the brokerage
- Run all operational aspects of the property management brokerage including listings, work orders, customer relations
- Be sure that all state and federal laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all staff
- Oversee and manage all vendor relationships
- Strategize with the marketing department to ensure the brokerage is branded, positioned, and promoted well
- Create and implement systems and processes to improve the efficiency of the brokerage
- Create training materials for new staff and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage's standards
Qualifications:
- Superb customer service skills
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful property management brokerage
- Must have a broker's license
- Expertise in the property management industry and all state, federal, Fair Housing laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage
- Over 3 years of experience in a property management brokerage
