Seeking a high energy, well organized, personable, customer-service oriented professional to support our Enrollment Services business.
The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for collection and querying of data, data entry, summarization, and dissemination of data to support day to day operational tasks related to corporate and contract Personnel Security and Credentialing requirements.
The Credentialing Specialist is part of a fast-paced team which serves internal and external customers.
The Credentialing Specialist interfaces with various levels of the organization to ensure staff are properly vetted, and records are maintained for auditing and reporting purposes.
Required Skills:
Retrieving biometric files to upload to the federal portal
Evaluating data in biometric files to ensure accuracyReporting on biometric submittals to ensure full transmission
Resubmit biometric files that did not transmit properly, follow up with federal POCs if transmission issues identified.
Analytical skills to receive, assemble and report on data recordsProficiency in Adobe and/or FoxIt PDF as well as the Microsoft Office Suite which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookAbility to work as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skillsExtremely attentive to detailsPossess a high level of self-motivation and energy, and work with minimal supervision
High organizational and time management skillsHighly developed oral and written communication skills
Ability to support multiple team members and projects simultaneously and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
