Looking to be a part of an exciting, fast-paced, and challenging program? Join the F-35 Production Finance Team, the largest production program in the company! F-35 Production is part of the F-35 Solutions Product Line in the ECS Business Area.
This individual will be responsible for the financial execution and analysis of multiple production programs within the portfolio including planning and baseline integrity, internal reporting, Earned Value Management System and Life Cycle Management compliance and financial salient forecasting.
In addition, the candidate will have responsibilities within the F-35 Inventory Build IPT structure. The candidate will be expected to provide financial support, expertise, and guidance to program managers, control account managers, and more junior members of the Finance team.

Program Finance plans, controls, and reports program performance relating to cost and schedule according to the Earned Value Management System. Program Finance is a well-rounded role that exposes employees to the various facets of BAE Systems finance.
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a
hybrid work format , with
time split between working onsite and remotely . As such, the selected individual must
reside within a commutable distance of the BAE Systems offices in Nashua, NH .
Responsibilities include: - Significant program team contributor. Coordinating team meetings and reviews and developing creative solutions to problems
- Partnering with the contracts function for funding, billings, collections, and other contractual items
- Working with Control Account Managers (CAM) to establish and monitor program’s budget through the use of earned value management
- Developing financial forecasts and analyzing estimates at completion
- Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements both internally and externally
- Developing and monitoring program risks and opportunities
- Reporting financials to management
- Proposal support through pricing basis of estimates, compiling cost volumes, and preparing request for bid approvals (RBA)
- Implementing continuous improvement of current processes
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools in particular, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
- Experience communicating and presenting financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
Pursuant to a specific U.S. Government contract, selected individual must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Experience in program finance on production contracts and/or other finance functional disciplines
- Experience with Oracle , Hyperion , SmartView , & Cobra
- Experience with forecasting and analysis
- Able to work independently and are self-starting
- Skilled at solving complex problems
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
