Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and expertise in creating light, flaky, and irresistibly delicious croissants. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the croissant production process from start to finish, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a variety of croissant recipes, staying current with trends and introducing creative variations.
- Lead and supervise a team of pastry professionals to ensure precise execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage inventory, sourcing, and quality control of croissant ingredients.
