Location: Mechanicsburg, PA and surrounding cities
Salary: $100k - $130k +
Requirements: 10+ years in construction, commercial construction experience required

What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitate the submittal process
- Procure labor and materials for projects through associated subcontractors and vendors
- Prepare near-term and critical path schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Review project plans and proposals
- Coordinate documentation and communication between field staff, executives, and client
- Aide in business development efforts
- Other duties and assigned
What You Need for this Position
10+ years experience in Commercial Construction, Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience with Healthcare, Higher Ed, Industrial/Warehouse, Senior Living, etc.
- Extensive project management experience within construction
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office and Project, Blueprint Software, etc.
- Project costing experience
- Strong business acumen and experience building relationships with subcontractors and clients in the area
