It gives clients and therapists the flexibility to continue their practice during times of illness or other limiting factors, allows therapists to live where they choose as well as access a larger client base from any urban, suburban, or rural areas in which they are licensed to practice.

Because of this rising demand, we are hiring more fully licensed mental health therapists to work as Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselors. You will be a part of the largest therapists’ network in the nation.

Job Objective:

To provide mental health counseling services via video chat through individualized counseling and life skills training to stable and low-acuity adults.

Schedule/Work Environment:

• Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via video chat
• Use solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments
• Develop effective and individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients
• Help clients develop insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships
• Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms

Requirements

Qualifications:

To qualify as a Mental Health Counselor to provide counseling services, the individual must have the designated clinical experience and:

Must have a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Must have one of the following current state licenses by the state board(s):

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Psychologist (PsyD)

No associates or limited licensed permit

No disciplinary actions.

Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature.

Must be computer literate

Must have stable Wi-Fi.
