Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in SC or compact license
• CCM or ACM preferred
• 2 years minimum experience in case management, care coordination, or related roles.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex medical scenarios and provide innovative solutions.
