Welcome to Sub Zero! What can we make special for you? Or in this case what can we make special together? We're a new small business looking to do big things… and we need to expand our management to do that. Sub Zero in Ashland is looking for shift leads and supervisor staff.
Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream is an innovative ice cream shop. We use liquid nitrogen to instantly freeze custom frozen treats as designed by our customers. Part of a national franchise, we're the newest locally owned store to open in Downtown Ashland, MA. We pride ourselves on being as committed to our employees as much as we are committed to our customers. We value hardworking and enthusiastic team members and we make it a priority to ensure their success. We are growing quickly and there are full-time and management positions available for those who perform exceptionally. In this role you will manage the store on your shift including oversight of food preparation, kitchen prep and stocking, sanitation, general store operations, and customer service. Working closely with store ownership, you will be an integral part of the team to make hiring and staffing decisions, defining and upkeeping operational standards, and creating promotions.
