We are currently seeking a
Heavy Equipment Truck Driver CDL with experience driving a Grinder or Epoxy truck to work with the Pavement Marking team to paint the roadways and willing to travel throughout the state of Colorado to join our team in
Englewood, CO . You'll have the opportunity to manage and lead a team of 7-10 employees to successfully paint or stripe the highways and roadways.
The starting pay is $26.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a 60-day skill level review. We offer 100% paid on-the-job training! Why Youll Love Working for Us: - On-the-job training with full pay

What You'll Do: - Drive and maintain the Epoxy or Grinder truck to perform epoxy services throughout Colorado
- Operate and maintain equipment, both hand-operated and motorized, designed to remove pavement markings from roadway surfaces
- Opportunity to manage and lead a team of 7-10 employees
- May operate other equipment including but not limited to a Striper Truck at low speeds while roadways are receiving paint striping/thermoplastic striping applications
- Lift, carry, load, and unload construction items including pavement marking supplies, signs, and other traffic control devices
- Prepare, clean, and sweep the work area and all machinery and tools
- Keep equipment operating correctly and perform mechanical repairs
- Clean grinders and paint machines
- Travel from work site to work site (involves considerable overnight travel)
What We Need From You: - Current valid CDL B drivers license and a good driving record with Hazmat for Epoxy required. CDL A is a plus
- 2 years of driving experience as well as knowledge of federal motor carrier safety regulations
- HAZMAT certification is required for an Epoxy Truck CDL Driver; not required for a Grinder Truck Driver
- Work overtime, nights and weekends as needed and travel out of town for work for 5 days at a time
- Mechanical competence and experience with equipment, vehicle, and diesel mechanics.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds and stand, sit and bend for long durations.
- Comfortable working in a primarily outdoor environment and driving, sitting, and standing for extended periods of time and in a variety of weather conditions
