Under the administrative supervision of the Manager of Residential Services, the position is responsible for the direct supervision of Direct Support Professionals and for assuring that program activities provide assistance, training, and support for the acquisition of consumer's functional skills, personal needs, communication, adjustment, and participation in community life including work opportunities.
