test approvals and sign offsatleast 46 years of of relevant Workday HCM experience

2 years of experience leading Workday HCM projects for Testing

Experience with leading at least 1 endtoend Workday HCM implementation project

Responsible/coordinates regression testing of impacted systems

Develops overall test strategy and plan

Coordinates the test phases with various stakeholders

Coordinate testing scenario (use cases) and scripts

Manage testing resource and logistics

Drive all test phases and report of test status on the various test cycles

Coordinate issue resolution and track to resolution

Ensure all quality standards are met during testing

Responsible to obtain UAT Integration Test sign offs

Should have working knowledge in test management tool qTest or ALM to extract test status reports for testcases and defects

Certification additional plus:

Workday HCM or Workday EM/PM Certified is desirable
