Account Executives at Aidentified take a consultative approach, partner with & build a trusted rapport with our prospects and clients, by helping them identify their challenges and demonstrating how our products can be a strategic solution for their needs.
Train and become an expert with the Aidentified platform applications and extremely proficient in demonstrating the product.
Build awareness and relationships with key executives to create and pursue selling opportunities in net new accounts, as well as manage expansion sales opportunities in some existing accounts.
Meet and exceed performance goals and quotas associated with developing, pursuing, and closing leads.
Qualify and follow-up on inbound calls, emails, web, and campaign-generated inquiries.
Conduct account research (opportunity size, current services and needs, etc.).
Stay informed of new product and technical knowledge including product enhancements, industry trends and the competitive landscape, as well as providing platform feedback based on conversations with prospects and customers.
Accurately forecast sales pipeline and use reporting tools to monitor effort and results.
At least 1-2 years of consecutive, successful Sales and lead development experience.
Experience with or selling into Financial Services is a plus.
Accepts and adheres to high ethical, moral and personal values.
Self-drive, highly motivated and results oriented.
Ability to think creatively and solve problems - taking a complex issue and breaking it down for your clients.
Working knowledge of Hubspot or other CRM tool.
Excellent oral and written communication skills – this means active listening and engagement with clients and co-workers.
Previous use of Excel/Google Sheets.
Exceptional closing skills.
B.A. or B.S. degree (An M.B.A. is a plus).
Sales training certification (is a plus).
