Job description
The backbone of the restaurant, back prep is responsible for preparing all ready made items for food service, as well as receiving and organizing all product from vendors and distributors. At Shrimp Boat, you will be the one behind the scenes ensuring that the rest of your team is set up for success.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent time management skills in order to properly execute all processes in the right sequence.
- Display and evolve your knowledge of all of our recipes and standards to promote food excellence.
- Adhere to all cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure the safety of both yourself, your team, and all of our guests on a daily basis.
- Keep an open mind and have the ability to provide new solutions to problems, or recommendations on how we could do something with better efficiency.
