Job description
The position offers a unique opportunity to work at a mission-driven startup that offers data tools designed to guide the real estate market to a net-zero carbon future. Our platform allows investors and fund managers to get meaningful and actionable data that enables them to improve their assets' ESG performance and reduce their footprint on the planet.
As a Product Manager, you will lead new product feature implementation end-to-end together with our software engineers, product designers, and data scientists. The problems you'll work on range from bringing our machine-learning algorithms to a production environment to implementing new visualizations for our customers.
Responsibilities - Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with Scaler's goals and our changing client/market needs
- Maintain our product roadmap, prioritizing features in line with the ESG real estate industry trends and customer feedback
- Collaborate across the account operations and product teams to gather, prioritize, and document product requirements
- Implement brand new features and visualizations end-to-end
- Help bring our machine learning algorithms into a production environment
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience
- Refresh and own product processes and materials; set up best practices
- Effectively communicate the product vision, updates, and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or otherwise proven experience in product management
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Product Manager in a B2B enterprise SaaS or technology-driven company
- Understanding of the ESG Commercial Real Estate space
- Experience coding using general-purpose programming languages like Python and SQL
- Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms and an ability to use them practically when implementing solutions
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
