Compensation Package Overview:
Base Salary plus 2-year guarantee
Production Bonus Structure (RVU)

Candidate Parameters:
MD DO
BE BC Otolaryngologist
Type of EMR utilized: Athena (clinic), McKesson Paragon (hospital) integrated EMR system between clinic and hospital including imaging.

|Practice Support:
Administrative Support Staff .
Current ENT Physicians in this established group are 6. One will be retiring
Each Physician has a Nurse or MA that works with them on their shift.

Schedule|Volume:
? Expected Schedule: Monday Friday 8-4
? Clinic 3 days and Surgery 2 days
? Anticipated volume
? Average 35 patients|day
? Mix of patients
Call:
? Physicians typically take I day during the week.
? Call is shared with other ENT
Currently call is 1 in 8|9 weekends
